Your data, handled gently

Anyen Tealato is responsible for the personal data described here. For privacy questions, requests, or complaints about how we use your data, contact us at anyentealato@gmail.com.

When you fill in the feedback form, we may store your feedback answers, including optional written comments, the email address you provide for the voucher, your voucher code and its use, and the marketing choice you made. We may also store the QR campaign or link source and the Anyen location connected to the form.

You can share feedback without giving us an email address. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or payment details in this form.

We use feedback, campaign source, and location information to understand what customers enjoy and improve future batches and pop-up experiences. We use your email to deliver a voucher copy when you ask us to, and to prevent the same email address from receiving more than one voucher in a day.

If you choose marketing updates, we use your email and the marketing consent you gave us to send occasional Anyen news, new flavour updates, exclusive treats, and pop-up information.

Sending your voucher by email and receiving marketing updates are separate choices. The marketing checkbox is optional and is never pre-selected. We only add your email to our Brevo marketing list when you actively tick that checkbox.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting us at anyentealato@gmail.com. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect a voucher already requested or issued.

Some people shared an email address with us under an older feedback notice that did not clearly cover marketing updates. We do not add those addresses to our marketing list automatically. Where appropriate, we may send a one-time preference invitation. Only a separate confirmation on the new consent page enables marketing updates.

We use service providers to operate this feedback flow. Supabase stores the feedback, voucher, consent, and redemption records. Brevo sends voucher and consent emails, plus marketing updates to customers who opted in. If configured, Discord receives an internal feedback notification so our team can respond and improve the product. Vercel hosts the application.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area depending on their infrastructure and current service setup. Anyen uses the applicable contractual and legal safeguards for those transfers. We do not sell your personal data.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. Depending on the situation, you may also object to processing or ask for a copy of data you provided to us. You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

To make a request, email anyentealato@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.

Feedback and voucher records are kept for up to 12 months, which lets us track seasonal flavours and honour vouchers within their validity. We may keep limited information longer when it is needed to resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, or meet a legal obligation. If you opt into updates, your marketing contact is kept in Brevo until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Email anyentealato@gmail.com from the address you used, and tell us which data you want removed. We may need to keep a limited record where the law requires it or where it is needed to establish, exercise, or defend a claim.
